Privacy Policy

This policy covers flex.callhomerealty.com, the flex listing menu operated by Call Home Realty LLC, a licensed Florida real estate brokerage, License CQ1075700. Contact: Support@callhomerealty.com, (844) 745-6880.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you send an order, you give us your name, email address, phone number, property address, the names of other owners on the deed if you list them, and the services you choose.
Payment information. Stripe processes payments. We receive your name, email, billing details and payment status from Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. Google Analytics records pages viewed, the device and browser used, approximate location from IP address, and the source that sent you here. When we advertise on Facebook or Instagram, the Meta pixel records visits and actions such as choosing a service, reviewing or sending an order, starting checkout or tapping to call or email, so we can measure those ads and show our ads again to people who visited. Cloudflare, which hosts and protects the site, logs technical data such as IP address and request headers.
How we use it
- To handle your order: send your listing agreement and the No Brokerage Relationship Notice, take payment, enter your listing, provide the sides you choose, and pass buyer, showing and agent inquiries to you by the contact methods you pick.
- To contact you by phone, text and email about your order and your listing, at your request.
- To measure our ads and improve the site.
- To meet Florida real estate record-keeping and other legal requirements.
Text messages and calls
When you send an order, you ask Call Home Realty LLC to contact you by phone, text or email about it. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to end texts, or HELP for help. You can also withdraw consent by emailing Support@callhomerealty.com.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the people needed to do what you asked:
- Our service providers: Cloudflare for hosting, Stripe for payments, Google for analytics, Meta for ad measurement, and our email, text message and customer management providers.
- The MLS and the home search sites that receive MLS listings, which get the listing details you approve, such as address, price and photos. Your phone number and email address are not in the public listing.
- Third parties you ask us to involve, such as your title company or closing agent.
- Anyone the law requires us to share it with.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies. Google Analytics and the Meta pixel set cookies to measure traffic and ads. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and the menu works without them.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your order and for the record-keeping periods Florida real estate law requires, which is at least five years for transaction records. Analytics data follows Google's and Meta's retention settings.
Your choices
Email Support@callhomerealty.com to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We honor those requests unless a legal record-keeping duty applies, and we will tell you if it does.
Children
The site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS and orders are encrypted in transit. No website can promise perfect security, and we will tell you if a breach affects your information as the law requires.
Changes
When this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it.
